The Bridge Sessions: Inside The Rebuilding Room

A FREE monthly guided gathering for grieving mothers learning how to live forward after child loss.

This is not a traditional support group.

While support and connection are part of what we create together, these sessions are designed to gently help you rebuild self-trust, identity, nervous system safety, and forward movement after profound loss.

Many mothers spend years focused on surviving.
Eventually, another question begins to emerge:

Now what?

The Bridge Sessions were created for that space.
Together, we'll explore what it means to carry grief, love, and life forward—one step at a time.

Each 1-hour session includes:

 Guided teaching and reflection

• Journaling and nervous-system-safe thought work

• Gentle discussion

• Optional heart work to continue integrating between sessions

This is not therapy. This is not crisis support. And this is not intensive group coaching.

Think of it as a bridge—a place between surviving and rebuilding.

Come as you are. Bring a journal, something to write with, and a willingness to meet yourself honestly.

We gather live on Zoom on the second Monday of every month at 4:00 PM Eastern.

Register ONE TIME & be notified every month after that. It's that simple.

When you register, you'll receive:

• Monthly session reminders and the Zoom link for each gathering

• Access to the replay if you're unable to attend live

• A weekly reflection email every Monday to help you stay connected to the work between sessions

Each month builds upon the last, creating a gentle path toward rebuilding, self-trust, identity, and living forward. Because grief evolves—and so do we.

Whether you join us live or listen later, this space is here to support your rebuilding with compassion, honesty, and practical reflection.

You do not have to be ready.

You do not have to have answers.

You only have to begin.
