Because They Are Loved;
A Collection of Poems & Letters
Written by the Loved Ones Left Behind
Welcome, Fellow Griever.
Why am I offering spots in this compilation book?
Simply put, this anthology is a heartfelt tribute to the incredible people we've lost to suicide. Our commitment is to select a diverse range of high-quality pieces that reflect the unique experiences and emotions of suicide bereavement, creating a truly meaningful anthology.
It provides a space for those left behind -- for you -- to share the poems and letters (or an essay) you have written, writings which often serve as a way for us to cope with our grief. The act of sharing can be a powerful step towards healing, and we hope this collection will honor those memories, raise awareness about mental health, and help erase the stigma surrounding suicide bereavement.

By contributing your work, you're honoring your loved one's legacy and joining a community of fellow grievers who genuinely believe every story is worth sharing.
Your contribution is more than just a piece of writing. It's a tribute to your loved one's legacy and a vital part of our community of grievers. We believe every story is worth sharing, and your words will help us honor their memory and promote compassion, connection, and understanding in our journey through grief after suicide loss. Your words matter deeply; I can't wait to see what you share.
